Stacy's superpower is communication. With a passion for writing, reading, and sharing ideas, she earned her bachelor's degree in Education/English before embarking on a 20-year career journey of writing content and providing marketing support to multiple businesses and non-profits.
Stacy found yoga in her early 40s, and within a few years was motivated to teach. While completing her 200-hour yoga certification, she taught at yoga studios and community locations throughout the Lehigh Valley. In 2017 she opened her studio, Tribe Yoga, where she expanded her offerings, designing and incorporating yoga teacher trainings that included a 200-hour YTT program, a yin yoga advanced certification, a kundalini yoga advanced certification, and a 60-hour mindfulness & meditation teacher training. She sold Tribe to one of her long-time students in 2022. She continues to teach yoga and is passionate about helping people find pathways to real wellness, empowerment, and longevity.
Stacy is trained in the traditional Ashtanga/Vinyasa yoga tradition by Erica McHugh of Emmaus Yoga. Her continuing studies have included intensives with renowned Ashtanga teachers such as David Williams and David Swenson, and a 50-hour yin yoga certification. She is registered with Yoga Alliance as E-RYT 200 and YACEP (Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Provider). She's excited to be providing support to Yoga Tone® in the areas of curriculum design, training, class instruction, marketing, and community outreach.
