Anatomy and Physiology Exploring the musculoskeletal system, emphasizing the importance of flexibility and mobility for overall health.
Breathwork and Mindfulness Techniques to integrate breath awareness and mindfulness into stretching routines to enhance relaxation and effectiveness.
Demonstration and Practice Hands-on practice of key stretches and yin yoga poses, with modifications for different abilities and needs.
Sequencing and Class Design How to create effective and safe class sequences that cater to diverse populations, including the aging and those with limited mobility.

Due to ongoing updates in industry standards and scientific research, we feel it's important to offer sustained support and mentorship beyond initial training and certification. Membership in the Yoga Tone® Professional Support Network offers coaching from the founders of Yoga Tone® as you launch your new classes and/or coaching business. You'll have access to text and email support from us - plus updates in industry best practices, coaching resources, class sequencing templates and yoga flows, job postings, and more.
All certified Yoga Tone® class instructors and Longevity Coaches are required to enroll in the Professional Support Network for the first year of teaching or coaching. Ongoing membership after the first year is encouraged but not required.
Another important element of the Yoga Tone® training program is ongoing growth and learning. To ensure all Yoga Tone® instructors and coaches are consistently prepared to provide exceptional service that evolves with the changing needs of our communities, we require a minimum of eight hours of continuing education hours per year.
