At Yoga Tone®, we offer a variety of classes designed to complement each other for a complete approach to your health and wellness. Each class accommodates every level, whether you are brand new to exercise or looking for a one stop shop to accomplish all your wellness goals. Our instructors are trained to offer valuable instruction, modifications, and encouragement to each student.

We have many classes that fill to capacity and have waitlists, so we need your help with planning your attendance. Please be sure to always register ahead of time for your classes. AND - please join the waitlists for any classes that are full. Cancellations happen and you could likely still get in to the class - plus this allows us to monitor attendance and add classes where needed. Thank you!
Yoga Tone®, Original Yoga + weight training! They couldn’t be two more different disciplines, or serve more different purposes, but combined deliver powerful results, creating stronger bodies, greater flexibility, better posture, and reduced stress, along with nourishment for the soul. Not to mention the dumbbells adding knockout arms, shoulders, and back with increased upper body strength, and stronger bones! This is a popular, powerful class, but accommodates every level.
Yoga Tone® Circuit This routine pairs weights with a combo of high and low repetitions, in a series of weighted exercises and poses; the perfect power couple for building more metabolically active lean muscle mass to torch body fat and sculpt your physique. This class uses rotations of different exercise "stations" on your mat, to complete a circuit. Completing a workout in this circuit format allows you to hit all muscle groups and provides a total body workout in a fast-paced atmosphere, where you are in control of the intensity of your workout. The circuits incorporate yoga movements to allow you to focus on your form, while providing modifications to every level and goal.
Yoga Tone® Yoga-Circuit-Stretch (YCS Hybrid) Designed as a hybrid of our Yoga Tone® Classes, to ensure our members can attend everyday without overtraining, and to continue seeing results! YCS uses rotations of different exercise "stations" on your mat, to complete a circuit. Completing a workout in this circuit format allows you to hit all muscle groups and provides a total body workout in a fast-paced atmosphere, where you are in control of the intensity of your workout. Using resistance/booty bands plus dumb bells, targets multiple muscles at once in addition to providing a greater range of motion with compound exercises. The typical format is: 10 minutes of yoga fitness, 25 minutes of circuit training, 15 minute full body stretch.
Yoga Tone® Bars & Bands Our Bars & Bands routine focuses on hip muscles, glute development, and overall mobility. The use of bars provides a precise muscle isolation, yielding results without overwhelming the muscles. A great compliment to the progressive overload formats.
Yoga Tone® Ageless Core Exercises that focus from the abdominals out. You will work with some dumb bells and body weight while moving through a series of exercises that focus on engaging your mid-section to generate movement and increased core strength.
Yoga Tone® Stretch& Mobility This class will lead you through a simple yoga flow of specific stretch movements, focused on the opening of the hips, quads, and hamstrings, while also providing poses to strengthen your core and improve your balance. This class is a great compliment to any endurance program or sport specific training and is also perfect for anyone looking to gain more flexibility and mobility in their body.
